| 1. I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant
of the church which is at Cenchrea:
2. That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye
assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been
a succourer of many, and of myself also. |
1. And I am introducing our sister Phoebe to you, since she
is also a minister of the congregation in Cenchrea, 2. so that you would
welcome her in the Lord as befitting the saints, and you would
stand by
her in whatever
matter she would have need of you: for she has also become a patroness of
many, even of me.
